Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m new to the area and I’ve been looking for a nail salon. I’ve decided to try this one out today and the older gentleman that does not sit by the front door did my nails. He burned me several several times. He cut a few of my cuticles and none of my nails are the same shape. I asked for coffin but I’m not sure what shape you would called us. I’ve never had my nails look SO BAD!!!! I’m new to the area and I’ve been looking for a nail salon. I’ve decided to try this one out today and the older gentleman that does not sit by the front door did my nails. He burned me several several times. He cut a few of my cuticles and none of my nails are the same shape. I asked for coffin but I’m not sure what shape you would called us. I’ve never had my nails look SO BAD!!!! I will never return here.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent here on a Saturday and it wasn’t that crowded. My two sisters and I all wanted to get a manicure (full set). After waiting 35 minutes to be seated I was told that Peter was the one who would be doing my nails. Unfortunately he did not do my nails, his wife did them instead and they were absolutely HORRIBLE. I asked for coffin-shaped nails (semi long) but what I got was the total opposite. After I observed my nails I immediately complained. The lady ignored me and chose to continueI kept voicing my concerns and made it clear that I was unhappy bc my nails were a mess I really wish I would have taken pictures because me talking about them doesn’t do any justice. They were short, pointy, and un-even….I honestly was so upset I just wanted her to stop. After about thirty minutes of her ignoring me she finally stopped and rudely asked me to get up. They tried to charge me $45 just to take the nails off. Thankfully Maurice stepped in and took over. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They’re are very rude, unprofessional, and will try to sneak extra charges in if you aren’t paying attention. Went here on a Saturday and it wasn’t that crowded. My two sisters and I all wanted to get a manicure (full set). After waiting 35 minutes to be seated I was told that Peter was the one who would be doing my nails. Unfortunately he did not do my nails, his wife did them instead and they were absolutely HORRIBLE. One of the women got an attitude with my mom because she said she changed her mind on wanting to get her nails done and was offering me to go instead. My nails came out terrible. The lady was very rough even after telling her she was hurting me she made my cuticles bleed on almost all fingers. My nails were crooked. She also said she was out of every color i said other than white and i could clearly see the different selection of colors she had. I do not recommend this place at all!Service: PedicureTerrible! Terrible! Not clean! Very slow people! Rude to customers. One of the women got an attitude with my mom because she said she changed her mind on wanting to get her nails done and was offering me to go instead. My nails came out terrible. The lady was very rough even after telling her she was hurting me she made my cuticles bleed on almost all fingers. My nails were crooked.
