So surprised by the negative reviews! Today was my first visit and I am soo excited to come back. Got my gel mani/pedi removed and had full new gel mani/pedi completed in 40 minutes (one technician did my mani while the other technician simultaneously did my pedi). Walked in on a Friday afternoon and was instantly attended to. Looking forward to my next visit!

Critical: CleanlinessI went to this nail salon hoping for a fun opportunity to use a nail gun as advertised. They did, in fact, use the nail gun, but it was on my forehead!I couldn’t believe the experience and Xiangdong was very rude to me. She told me I looked like a rock troll and told me to get lost in Disneyland. I don’t know what that means. I don’t watch Disney. But Xiangdong was the worst regardless.Also, my wife and sister went to this nail salon not expecting a nail gun usage and expecting a properly done manicure and they were devastated by how their fingers were mangled and mutilated by the woman who serviced them. They left in tears and felt robbed of all of their money and dignity.Some of this review is 100% real, some is not. Jenny is my nail tech and she is FANTASTIC! She is super friendly and does such an amazing job on my nails! I will never go anywhere else! The shop is very clean and everyone follows the proper “COVID” procedures. I leave there feeling like a new woman EVERY visit!

Manicurist tried to use the same tools from a previous client’s pedicure on my daughter’s feet. We saw her digging and clipping dead skin from the other client’s heals, and then she just picked up her little tray and started my daughter’s pedicure. We stopped her immediately and requested clean tools. Disgusting! The pedicurist was unapologetic, got fresh tools and then dropped them on the floor. If we weren’t already barefoot and soaking in water, we would have walked out. Will never go back. Definitely not worth the risk of catching anything. The health department should be watching more closely.

The lady did a nice job but I had to watch over her the whole time and make sure she was doing them correctly…I had to tell her to cut them down 3 different times and when I said thank you she was very rude back..ignoring me. I was also charged 70 dollars for a full set no chip, to me that is way overpriced. I don’t know if i’ll be back.

If I could leave NO STARS I would. I had a set of tips with gel put on Tuesday. By Sunday FOUR! Of the tips had come off. Not chipped. Not broken. Just literally popped off. This has never happened to me in all the years I have been getting my nails done. I’m never going back!

Worst manicure I have ever had. Kim did my nails and cut up all of my cuticles. My acrylic nails were thick and bumpy. It honestly looked like a child did them. She rushed through the whole thing and I hated them so bad I had to go to a different salon to have them fixed. Don’t go here! Not to mention is was $70 for this nightmare.

They always take walk ins but call first and ask for Kim. She is a bit rough and fast but does a GREAT job. My pedicures last 3 weeks when she does them. The also give great chair neck massages $1 per minute.
