I am very fond of this establishment! I have been getting my nails done here for a while. Today I had them done by Jenny and she did an amazing job! Very satisfied. She’s very thorough and the pedicure was also wonderful!

Within 5 days my nails were lifting on the corners, i went back to the lady who done my nails on the 7th day and she claimed it was normal but clearly there was no acrylic put on the sides. I asked for a fill and she buffed my nails down and put a clear gel coat on and thinking that fixed the issue two days later same nails lifting on the corners again. I thought I was going to give them another try but definitely not going back to her. She sits right next to the sink. And the audacity for her to have an attitude and not fill my nails like i asked and offered to pay for her mistake. Never again.

I had my nails recently done, and they look natural. I love the color. You need to get a pedicure as well. Mary does the best pedicures, great massage. I usually get the Signature package $55; parrafin wax is awesome! Make reservation ahead to have her do it. The new massage chairs are awesome! They provide free drinks, alcohol and sodas. Remember ask for Mary! Cedar Hill location.

First off, I have been without my all-time favorite nail tech since August 2021. But by the grace of God and happenstance, I found her today!!!! MiMi is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! She was formally a tech and U Need Nails and when she left so did I. Problem was…didn’t know where she went . I’ve gone to a couple of other places including a Plano salon but MiMi gets it right EVERY SINGLE TIME! I’m extremely particular and she’s talented. She ensures you are satisfied with her work as she’s working. She’s super polite and doesn’t work too fast or slow. Go see MiMi ASAP! I promise you won’t regret it.

I liked U Need Nails, but really for no other reason than Mary and the fact that they served margaritas & wine.Well, Mary and her sister have since taken over ownership and management at Q Nail so OF COURSE, I FOLLOWED HER!I love this place. Super clean, not loud or crowded, nice service. I have never had a “regular” nail tech before Mary. They never could get it right. But I asked her to make my acrylics thin and natural looking the first time and she was the first person ever I really wanted to go back to. She takes special attention to details. She doesn’t rush. She does great work and gives good massages.Her sister does my facial waxing at Q Nail and she is also amazing! She is detailed and will make my face so smooth and perfect. They use a really gentle wax that does not hurt or peel skin. I usually don’t get my chin done because the skin rips off, but not here! Here I can get my entire face done and always feel like I am getting top notch attention and service.Please, please, please, come visit them because they are so amazing and such great people who do such great work. I was so happy to see Slater, Mimi and Tracy operating out of their own shop! And hunny my nails have not been this perfect since before the pandemic!!
