The hair salon is nice and updated. I went for a wash, trim and a flat iron. I went here because it was literally up the block from my house and unfortunately it would be the last time I come. I felt the lady who cut my hair was rushing and was stressed out. She cut a child’s hair before and he was crying and screaming. So it says alot about her not being able to calm the kid down or have a sense of personality. Of course , I was her next client and felt that she didnt give me the attention needed for my hair. She just trimmed and was done literally in 5 minutes . The lady that washed my hair didnt properly straighten my hair with the flat iron correctly leaving frizzes on the top and in the front. They need a new staff that cares about the woman clients that come in. I can tell most of their clientale are men.
