I LOVE getting my nails done here!! Its mainly because I’m very picky and most staff do my nails perfectly.. I drive from Howell, where there is no shortage of nails places, to Taylor to get my nails done.. If that doesnt tell you how happy i am as a customer then I dont know what will.

Do not go to younger the guy who sits behind Ashley. Terrible is an understatement. Paid $50 for a full set. He was so focused on filling the tops of my nails. He didn’t really file the sides. So now it looks like I have short wide nails. I wanted medium length. Now I’ve got legos for finger nails. And get this, he only did one single coat of shellac. Now I’m sitting In my bathroom filing my $50 cubes. I’m almost tempted to just take them off and go somewhere else.

The pedicure started off ok then towards the end, I asked if I could have no pumice stone to take home like most places they give you all the stuff they use on your feet THE LADY SAID NO for sale and proceeded to put it back with the other tools for Use again. Then with my daughters pedi they lady use a little scrub brush for her feet then When we were done she used the same scrub brush to clean the bowel. It grossed us out and made me sick to my stomach

If I could give them less than one star, I would! I had my nails done here less than one week ago and already two broken/chipped! They would not fix them without charging me another $8! The person told me they only guarantee for 24 hours… really? It’s not the money at all… But the lack of professionalism to stand behind their work. Unfortunately I tried this place after my usual location changed owners. I will never be back, and suggest others NOT try them. Clearly they don’t have enough confidence in their own work that they would guarantee it be on 24 hours!! My nails usually last a 3-4 weeks… Never again here!!!

Came in with a decision to get a manicure and pedicure few days ago, but ended up paying for my pedi and leaving after the service was done. It was not good. They did a very quick massage on both my knees when it seemed to be the most important step of a pedicure. Polish was applied carelessly. I still paid for the service because I was taught to behave well with people giving you services, especially when it has been done already.

I’ve been here 5 times and each one has been a different experience & price. They have a small range of nail polish and the gel isn’t much better but a lot more expensive. I went for a fill and wanted my nails two colors with some rhinestones. I told the technician I didn’t have anything in particular in mind and just wanted a nice looking design, which in retrospect was where it all went wrong.. They charged me extra for something I didn’t even ask for and ended up with “ombré” nails & a lopsided, crooked, falling off the back of the nail design that could pass for a kindergarteners art project. She charged me $70 for a fill & this design. Then I decided to bring my sister to remove her old acrylic nails and to get a new set of normal nail polish. They chargered her $30, $5 extra to remove old nails that we could have done ourselves while waiting & $5 extra because the nail length was long. They didn’t tell her the price change until the very end though, probably because the nails really aren’t that long. Every time I’ve gone the experience has costed a lot more than I expected from some hidden fees so if you want anything other than normal nail polish, it probably won’t look the greatest anddddd it’ll cost you a ridiculous amount.
