If I could I would give zero stars! I came in and ask for a gel manicure and it looks like a child painted my nails! The edges had no nail polish and the tips looked liked I had done my nails weeks ago! I asked her to fixed it because it wasn’t just a couple of fingers but literally both my hands. I asked my cousin to looked at them again and she said they still looked messed up. The lady tried to blamed the nail polish being transparent! but it wasn’t the nail polish it was her! She messed up my nails real bad and made some lumps of gel on some of them. I let it go because at that point I just wanted to leave. She was also arguing with another customer at the same time she was doing my nails. They are unprofessional and the salon looked dirty and the chairs were uncomfortable. Never again am I going there! Save your money for better service!

I took away one star due to it was VERY difficult to communicate with the staff because of the limited English spoken. The second star was for the male staff member that did not wear gloves while giving pedicures. He even switched between customers (same bare hands) without washing them. Otherwise, it appears to be a clean place. Good luck, but I will not be back.

I went for a full set yesterday and I loved my ombré nails. I decided to try a pedicure today which was great. I love the fact they are very sterile and it shoes. Very clean place. I also decided to go for a facial and my face feels smooth I have to dump my old nail place and I gain a new one! Highly recommended

I almost never do this. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Hands down worst pedicure I have ever gotten. It took over two hours for them to do my pedicure. Nails were crooked and painted very sloppy. The polish smudged and when they fixed it they didn’t repaint clear over the top and so one part looks dull and streaked. There are signs all over the place that read “no refunds on services after 24 hours”. I should have taken that as a sign. 6 days later and polish is already chipping. Avoid at all costs!

Very unprofessional people. They do what they want and not what you ask them to do. You pay for what they want to do with your nails and not what you are asking for. They did not clean our nails properly, just went straight to nail polish without properly doing the cleaning. Gave this spa a second try hoping it’ll be better, BUT NO!

The nail technician did not do the color I requested. Instead she picked a color she wanted. At the end I asked for a regular top coat and she was trying to force me to get gel. I insisted about 4 times no gel and she finally listened but was still trying to explain to me to get gel. I will not be returning here. The job that was done was mediocre.

I always go here and have Michael give me a massage. He does a wonderful job! Pedicures are great as well. I love that they put cucumbers and lemon slices in the water. It feels so calming.
