Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFirst time here, and I was completely impressed with the classy and high end feel of the space. Q was completely focused and fixated on me and what I wanted. He was all about the customer and true Master of his craft. His attention to the slightest details on ensuring a high quality cut was impeccable. There was no loud head thumping music, no yelling back and forth between barbers, nothing! It was low key,, professional, and very inviting especially to me being my first time here.. It was just Q and his customer throughout the experience. First time here, and I was completely impressed with the classy and high end feel of the space. Q was completely focused and fixated on me and what I wanted. He was all about the customer and true Master of his craft. His attention to the slightest details on ensuring a high quality cut was impeccable. Critical: Quality, ValueThis is the second time I visited this shop. The first time was awesome. This time not so much. The barber(a different one from my first visit) asked me nothing about my hair before or after the cut.He rushed through the haircut and was finished in less than 20 minutes. I went to pay him the $25 charge and handed him 2 twenties and asked for $10 back. He had no change so I paid $40 for a haircut that looks like it was done by a blind man.Not happy.
