After 3 weeks, I still love my haircut! I am very happy. I went to this salon because it was close to my office and I liked the reviews. Marissa did my hair and she was great! I highly recommend her. The head/neck massage when getting your hair washed is a really nice treat. FYI – you can’t put the tip on your credit card, so have cash or see if they take Zelle. I will definitely go back.

I am very pleased with the professionalism and people skills offered by Chelsea!! I have not come across another hair stylist/colorist that would be as thorough as she is. I highly recommend her services. Chelsea captured my vision in the color I desired to achieve after a bad job done by another hair salon. She corrected the color and provided exactly what I was looking for in my hair color without damaging the hair. I love the final product and will certainly continue to trust Chelsea in my future hair color appointments. She is a master!

What sets this place apart is their back shampoo room. Incredible! It’s dark and very Zen like with meditation music playing in the background. The young ladies give the best shampoo and even ask you if you want an arm and hand massage with aromatherapy. For me, that was the best part. My appointment started 45 minutes late so I would say they need to get better at that. If my appointment is at 2pm, I want my stylist waiting for my arrival at 2 or before. Not me waiting for her. 5 stars for the friendliness and ambience of the whole salon.

This was my first time at this Aveda salon, I’ve been to many in several countries as I travel a lot. I like Aveda because of the quality of their products and because you can expect real good service. I got my highlights done at this place. As usual I picked a stylist of the highest Aveda level (based on years of experience). After applying the highlights and gloss, when she dried the hair I noticed that the color was off in some places. I told the stylist, she apologized and offered to redo it right away or any other time (because I had told her that I had plans afterwards). I decided to stay and have it redone right away. At the end it turned out right. I spent a few hours there, wasn’t happy about it, but they took well care of me, they even brought me some snacks because I was starving. I could be angry because of that, but I understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and what really counts here is the attitude and that they fixed it right away.
