My wife and I both received tattoos from Ron last night and we had a great time. He was incredibly friendly and talented. The results were better than we ever imagined and we both highly recommend Pyramid Tattoo and Ron. I have seen Craig at the parlor in the past and he is also amazing. This is a great place to get tattooed. I honestly cannot even express in words how happy we have always been with the quality of work we receive.

The staff is alright, really didn’t mingle with any of the tattoo artist. I wasn’t going in for one, so they didn’t acknowledge. The lady at the desk, just kinda gave off a vibe like she didn’t wanna be there. But the lady who did my piercings was amazong. She was so friendly and so informative. And she made me laugh. So that’s always a plus for me. She’s there Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from noon to 8, and she’s not very pricey either. Definitely hit her up if your looking for a piercing.

I went here for a septum piercing which was done very badly, please don’t get a piercing here! The lady who did my piercing was nice and seemed like she knew what she was doing but my piercing came out very crooked. After she pierced my nose, she didn’t really give me a chance to get a good look at the result so I didn’t realize how crooked it was at the time. I noticed immediately when I checked it out later at home. I went back the next day to ask them to remove it and see if I could get a refund and was told I would have to come back the following day to speak to the owner. When I returned the next day, I was able to get them to take it out but was told that they don’t do refunds. They offered a free piercing but there is no chance of me wanting another messed up piercing from this place! Also while I was there, another customer came in complaining about a piercing they had received that was also crooked and became infected!

Just finished my sleeve with Rachel and I’m so happy with how it turned out. I’ve been to 3 other tattoo artists and in my opinion, there is no competition. She is by far the best. The details are amazing and her lines are so clean. The shop is super clean and everybody there is friendly. So glad i finally found my tattoo artist. I will never go anywhere else.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent to get a piercing done and I have to get it redone now. The piercer didn’t take enough skin so I feel like it could rip out at any time. The jewellery sticks out because of this and you can also see it through my skin. The piercer didn’t even ask if the placement was good before piercing it, they just did it. Waste of money and very unprofessional. Literally looks like it would be a rejected or migrating piercing but it’s not I just got it done.Went to get a piercing done and I have to get it redone now.
