If there are 2 people in front of you, you will wait for no less than 30 minutes. While in the chair, the hair cut will take no less than 20 minutes no matter your hair length. It’s a good cut but I’m getting older just waiting here. These are military cuts that that take 5-10 minutes tops. Scissor cut, Military haircut

It will not let give a negative rating!! If you want a great barber go to Nanette’s Barber Shop at the West Point Club. You can find he info on Facebook under Nanette’s Barber Shop. She is also open on Saturdays. I will never let anyone else touch my hair!!

Literally the worst place to ever get a haircut. Not only does the guy do the worst haircut I have ever had, he didn’t even ask if I wanted my eyebrows done or not. He just went ahead and shaved them off and left me with no eyebrows. He should not be cutting hair. Shouldn’t even get a star rating that’s how bad it was

Quiet possibly the worst barbers in the Army. There are new barbers there every few months. By new I mean these guys walk into the barber shop after getting laid off from their job. They must get hired, sent next door to the PX to get a set of $20 clippers and start cutting hair right away… no training necessary. The only reason I have gone here more than once is because it is either drive 30 minutes to a reputable barber, goto these hacks or head into highland falls goto “Da Barber shop” and risk a mugging. The West Point barber has a couple of barbers who can cut hair straight, two younger women who complain about their coworkers the entire time to each other, and one older woman who is one of the ones they are complaining about.

Critical: QualityApparently, “low skin fade with a number 7 on top” equals a high fade and random scissor work on the top. Now I can’t comb over due to the random fade and uneven cutting.

The ladies obviously work on salary. Constantly take break. Seem interested and board. Take longer to transition between cuts then to give a haircut. Go here only as a last resort.

I wish I could give a negative star. This is the worst barber shop I have ever been to. The employees take a break following every haircut and rarely open on time. They obviously get paid by the hour. Garbage!

Very nice ladies, will give you the cut you ask for! Can be slow but only because they take their time to give you the best they can. Very happy!
