Was vacationing from Manchester, TN (7/6/22) & got a same day haircut with Tyler. I told him it definitely needed a trim and some re-layering and to do what he felt was best for my hair. He listened, made suggestions, was very helpful and thorough with the consultation. After not liking the way my hair lays for YEARS, I LOVE it now. It lays better, I can brush through it finally, and it just looks better around my face! Thank you guys so much for squeezing me in, and finally fixing my hair! I cannot recommend this place enough. ♥

First time great but had some errors in haircut. Went back for highlighting and to get Taylor to fix haircut errors, not even. Charged $156. Went home and thought about charge. Realized the lady at counterust have thought I was getting full haircut, not fix. Spoke to Taylor and she refused to refund. Highlights wrong wrong color! Won’t return.

Loved my experience with Kristen! She is a total professional and very personable. Kristen recognized and fixed issues with my previous haircut from another stylist without any prompting. Billy and Tyler are amazing. The salon environment is beautiful and relaxing, and my whole experience at the salon was incredible. I started with a color consultation. Tyler and Billy patiently helped me find the right kind of color for my sensitive scalp. Next I had a shampoo and scalp massage with their Evo products, which smell delicious and left my hair soft and manageable. My hair cut was one of a kind. Billy helped me decide on a layered cut that was tailored to fit everything I was looking for. I will definitely be returning.

I recently had a keratin treatment at another salon that fried the ends of my hair in the back. I already have a short hairstyle so I was not sure what could be done. Billy took his time and did precision work. My hair looked better than ever! I enjoyed great conversation, complimentary wine, and all while taking in the great view.
