For the past few months my knee had been hurting. I had my chiropractor check it out at my last appointment and he mentioned it appeared to me my IT band pulling on my knee and recommended a deep tissue massage. My son in-law recommended Push Muscular Restoration. From the start, my experience was great. Making the appointment online was easy and seamless. You’re able to fill out all the necessary documentations online instead of at your first appointment. I also got text notifications prior to the appointment. Upon arrival, Thao greeted me and explained the process of what she was about to do after a review of my problem areas. Thao was amazing! She found knotted areas I didn’t realize were there and loosened them up during a 60-minute session without any major discomfort. I had immediate relief from pain that had been bothering me for a couple months.
