Critical: QualityWhile I’ve had incredibly positive experiences here in the past, I was very disappointed after a recent hair coloring service. I requested a balayage and it was not done well – it’s clear that my hair is patchy and the color is not blended in many places. I reached out to ask for a refund, but was told that my only option was to come back in to get it fixed. I communicated that I wasn’t comfortable coming in for additional services and preferred the refund, but was told salon policies are nonnegotiable.The most frustrating part of it all is that I probably would have considered allowing someone at Purr to fix my hair it it was acknowledged that the coloring service I received was inadequate. While I’ve had incredibly positive experiences here in the past, I was very disappointed after a recent hair coloring service. I requested a balayage and it was not done well – it’s clear that my hair is patchy and the color is not blended in many places. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI am so so happy to have found Danny and Purr. I went on the recommendation of a friend, after trying a couple other nearby salons and feeling very underwhelmed. The moment I walked in I was greeted with warmth, and after showing him some photos and talking about my current issues with my hair, I 100% felt that Danny just “got” me. He took the vibe I wanted and found a way to make it work with my very fine hair. The length he cut absolutely nailed it and my hair feels so bouncy and happy. He gave me the baby bangs of my dreams. Yes, getting out of the house is a whole ordeal for me because I’m leaving behind 2 kids under 2 while I’m gone but I can truly say it is worth it each time I leave Purr Beauty Salon. I have dark level 2 hair/roots and I tend to ask for light, white gold hair — not an easy task but Liz delivers each time. I’m pretty particular when it comes to hair execution and Liz never fails to keep me happy with her blended balayages and color melt masterpieces. Yes, getting out of the house is a whole ordeal for me because I’m leaving behind 2 kids under 2 while I’m gone but I can truly say it is worth it each time I leave Purr Beauty Salon.
