Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI’m not sure if the pandemic has a lot people’s anxiety on a all time high or what but nonetheless, it’s no excuse for the service I received today. I called early in the morning at 10AM to get my nail fixed and scheduled an appointment for 5PM. When I arrive to the shop, I gave the shop a call and they explained that they were a little behind and it would be about 20 minutes(which is fine). When it was time for me to sit in the chair, the nail technician was visibly irritated and was not friendly. I spoke to her and she did not speak back. As she worked on the nail that needed to be fixed, she literally tried to pry off the remaining of my nail with a card and that’s when I told her that she was hurting me and suggested she file my nail instead. After that, She took my hand and yanked it. I politely asked her to stop being so aggressive with me and she ignored me. She got up from her seat and instead of handing me the color palette or sitting it down, she slung it across the desk. I sternly asked for someone else given that clearly she did not want to service me. I had wait another half hour for another technician to finish with her client because my prior tech was so rude. Pandemic or not, this is not the proper way to service or treat a patron. You would think I showed up right before closing to get treated so poorly. If you don’t want to service people during the pandemic, then you shouldn’t be open for business.
