Sarah has over 18 years experience as a cosmetologist and esthetician with a current focus on everything skin, lashes and waxing. Her newest treatments include electrodessication and microchanneling. Lisa has been a licensed. Nail technician for over 20 years, taking some time in the middle to raise her kids, she has been offering nails again for over 2 years under Sarah’s additional training. She offers pedicures, manicures, gel polish, powder dip, and gelly tips. I was just in there yesterday for a 90min Deluxe Pedicure and it was fabulous! Brigette really took her time to do my nails and they turned out really nice and my feet are so smooth! After reading the reviews. I was so excited that our community had a place like Purple Sarah. Everything seemed to be going great. Until my lashes where applied she said that she has a high school student in the same boat I’m in and she loves them her eye lashes. In the consult I made or so I thought I was clear I wanted a natural look. I literally laid on my back for 2.5 hours and she left the room to get better glue.That through me off. Thinking maybe she will stop soon and check her work. Nope. I looked like I had caterpillar for eyelashes. I thought maybe I’m not used to them. By day. Three I’m like ok this is what I wanted. After 20 of them fell off. The wrong lashes where used. My refill day I was running late I had 2 appt with her and I was trying to ask since it’s my fault what are my options. Do I need to cancel.It came to the point that she wanted to part ways. because this is her income.WTH. does that have to do with anything. Yeah I just paid you $175 and had poor customer service. We all work hard and want to treat ourselves toa higher end place to be treated like there was no concern about my happiness and the products just her money. I’m sorry that you have a bad review from me but I really hope you take this into consideration to possibly better your service.
