There were only two workers when I walked in today and they were both very friendly. I didn’t have to wait too long as a walk-in client. There was a few people ahead of me, so I signed in on the clipboard what I wanted and eventually I was brought back. I initially came in for threading only, but she asked me to tell her if I wanted tinting as well so I ended up getting that too. Mind you, threading is $15. Eyebrow tinting is $25. So since she did both, it came out to $39.00. Which was fine, however I was paying half in cash and the rest on my card. I paid $34 in cash and then the remaining $5 off of my card. They had a little trouble with the transaction at first but eventually everything was taken care of. I recommend them if you’re just stopping by and wanna have your brows done, they do a pretty good job for a decent price.

My stylist did an awesome job, she told me exactly what she was doing and what was the best look for me. The only thing was that their ‘cooling’ agent I was allergic too, I’m not sure what it was but if you have sensitive skin I wouldn’t recommend it. But I do LOVE this place I will be coming back. I wanted to share the terrible experience that I had at this place yesterday. I was a regular customer of them and haven’t felt this bad anytime before. I did eyebrow threading from this place yesterday and got cuts on my skin on my right eyebrow. The entire procedure was very painful. The lady who did my eyebrows was very rude and did not even show any curtesy to apologize. Very rude customer service and I am not going back to this place again. Atleast , change your behavior towards the customer. We pay for the service !!!
