Recently had an appointment here with Heather and she was just amazing. She was efficient and informative throughout my styling; she worked so fast and she gave me lots of helpful advice for my hair. I was taken aback by the affordability of the price for the services and quality I received; this is the best salon experience I’ve ever had.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI drove an hour to visit this salon post quarantine so I could finally get my hair fixed after working 60+ hours in two hospitals during the pandemic. I don’t treat or pamper myself often and I was really looking forward getting back to my platinum hair color. I spent over 4 hours in the salon chair, only for my hair to not come out the way I expected. Things happen and I understand, but I was still charged full price for an unsatisfactory service and was told to come back in 3 weeks for it to be fixed, only to pay FULL price again! I am very disappointed in the way everything has played out, especially since my stylist comes from Paul Mitchell Beauty School. When you are at Paul Mitchell, they pride themselves on satisfaction and will offer to redo it if you are unsatisfied. They even only charge $8 per bowl of dye for redo. I would consider driving another hour one way to have my hair fixed if they offered something like this instead of charging full price to fix a service that they performed that was not satisfactory. I drove an hour to visit this salon post quarantine so I could finally get my hair fixed after working 60+ hours in two hospitals during the pandemic. I don’t treat or pamper myself often and I was really looking forward getting back to my platinum hair color.
