I became a massage therapist to help people. Ive studied stretches and modalities extensively, I’ve provided a safe space for every body that walks through my doors; Ive studied how to use massage therapy correctly at different life stages, I’ve laughed and cried with clients. I’m simply a listening ear and a healer. My goal in life is to give you a different experience interpersonally and offer a great session that benefits you for weeks; Make an appointment and let’s talk about your daily movements of how you use your body and let’s make small changes so you don’t live with chronic pain & tension anymore and if you’re sitting there thinking you just want to relax .. that’s literally my specialty!

Cara has a very nice set up! I always feel very calm and relaxed when I arrive and you can tell that there was a lot of thought put into setting up her spot. Also, I love the fact that there is always parking spots literally right next to the door! Every massage I get from Cara is relaxing and I just feel so much better afterwards! She is licensed and certified in so many services but one of my favorite services is the hot stone massage! I would recommend her services to anyone that is looking for a massage after a long day and just needs to reset themselves or is sore from an injury or does manual labor for a living like I do.

I just found out I have a Lisfranc injury on my left foot. Cara was kind enough to reach out and schedule me within less than a week to help ease my pain. Her studio is adorable and so calming! At the time where I didn’t know what was going on with me, she took great care of my concerns, physically and was a great emotional support for me as well. Her famous CBD oil works wonders and helped me be able to stay on my feet to work throughout the night! When I am ready for the next steps of recovery I will be reaching out again for sure! I highly recommend this beautiful person and the atmosphere she’s created.
