This day spa is a gem! My friend and I were there today for a facial and massage with Carol and Lacie, and from beginning to end, the experience was incredible. The environment is comfortable and peaceful, and the facial products were incredibly high quality and smelled great. Beautiful rooms, reasonable pricing, and incredibly talented staff. We booked for another appointment immediately!

Lacie LeSueur is a fantastic massage therapist! She asks questions prior to the massage and then focuses on the distressed areas during the massage. Very accommodating in scheduling appointments as well. By the time the massage is done, the entire body is relaxed and feeling great. I prefer deep tissue massage and she has not let me down. If you need a great massage, I recommend Lacie!

Lacie was incredible. I got a prenatal massage and I think it’s the best massage in general I’ve ever had. She gets your knots out without hurting you in the process and the massage isn’t rushed at all. Very homie environment.

I want to preface this rating by saying it is only for my most recent visit. Previously I have had many services done here and they were all wonderful, particularly the facial by Nicole! The place itself is very cozy and clean. I look forward to saving up for one of Nicole’s relaxing facials every so often and she always makes it worth the price! she spends every minute of her hour facial catering to your wants and being thorough and doing the most! HOWEVER, this time I was unaware I was getting a new girl to do my facial. When I arrived, I thought ok no big deal I will just ask if it is done the same, because I absolutely love Nicole’s facials and all the special things included. She reassured me that I would be getting the same and not missing out on anything with her. I thought ok perfect! Well, my hour long facial with Erin was about 43 minutes and there was no gwasha (sp?), head massage, lymphatic work or any of the extra detailed special things Nicole includes and that I really was looking forward to, yet the price was still the same. When I brought this to her attention after she abruptly stopped the facial early, she seemed rather annoyed and had zero regard with how I felt and just said it was the end of her day so. This did leave a bad taste in my mouth but I have to remember how wonderful Nicole’s service has been so I still paid and tipped accordingly, but was very disappointed. It is a shame they do not expect the same standard from all of their employees and if they are different, maybe price things differently or at least tell the client ahead of time? I hate to leave a negative review, but these luxuries are expensive, but also important to people who look forward to treating themselves on the occasion that they are able to, so the experience really does matter. I hope Erin was just having a bad day and this is not the norm.
