Critical: ProfessionalismDon’t buy a gift certificate from this business. I bought my wife a gift certificate for a 90 minute massage last year for Christmas. She made her appointment recently and went to use it. When she got there they told her that the certificate wouldn’t cover a 90 minute massage, only a 60 minute. I purchased a 90 minute and my receipt says 90 minutes. The gift certificate also says 90 minutes. But they would not honor it. My wife ended up having to pay the difference plus tip. Don’t buy a gift certificate from this business. I bought my wife a gift certificate for a 90 minute massage last year for Christmas. She made her appointment recently and went to use it. This place is so welcoming and relaxing. Jessie is the best masseur I’ve ever had. He is very knowledgeable, relaxing, and so good at working those hard to get muscles. He is my go to for massage any time I need (or want) one!!

The place is clean and nicely staged. Staff does well to check you in and out and are really nice. They offer a range of services but I’ve only had a massage here. My experience was positive but only 4 stars because an hour massage costed $73. They charge an extra $10 for essential oil used in massage. I’ve had massages other places for $60 an hour and was same quality. My masseuse was good and didnt charge me the additional fee for essential oil so I appreciate that a ton. I think each masseuse buys and uses their own oils and it’s not provided by the business itself. Just a thought.

I went here for my birthday and showed up five minutes early, and they told me to have a seat. This was my first experience with this spa, but other spas I have been to usually offer you something to drink while you wait. Nothing. Then fifteen minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, a man comes out and calls my name. I was so uncomfortable, but didn’t want to complain. He asked if I had any pain and I said yes, in my lower back. All I wanted was a nice relaxing massage for my birthday, and instead, I got an hour of painful prodding and I was so tense throughout because I had been expecting a girl, that it totally soured my experience.

My mom and I scheduled makeup trial appointments for my upcoming wedding. We were super excited to have our makeup done professionally. However, neither girl primed our faces, they kept going back and forth with the same tool used on both of us because they didn’t have enough of the ‘good brush’ then they put lip gloss on our eyelids? no mascara even and at that point I just wanted out. Have your two year old do your makeup instead of here. You will get the same results. The total ended up being $160 for a terrifyingly hideous makeup result. WAY OVER PRICED. The girl working on me said she would bring her own products from home because the makeup brand they had wasn’t good. I’m sure purity is good for other things but makeup is definitely not one of them!

I get my massages here and each one has been amazing! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about muscle/lymphatic health. I will keep coming back because it’s so wonderful. I’ve had deep tissue, swedish, and the custom massage options and I enjoyed the differences each has and felt incredible after they were done.

I give the 5+!!! It was our first time (my bestie and I) coming to the salon and we got pedicures, something simple. The two girls we had were super sweet, very professional and laid back. I never felt awkward or in a hurry and they just did a fabulous job. We definitely recommend this wonderful place and will be coming back very soon!(:
