I moved to Washington from the Caribbean and didn’t know who to go to but I’m so glad I found her. Definitely can’t wait to get my hair braided again.

Critical: ProfessionalismI showed up to my appointment on time for her to tell me my hair was too short to braid I had some breakage around my hair line. I booked knotless braids I figured she was going to smooth it with edge control anyway so it would have blended she told me it wouldn’t hold up. I was okay and respected that she was honest where I had the problem was when I explained to her I was leaving out of town and really needed my hair done I asked if she could give me another style she said No my hair was to short my hair is about 10 inches long the broke off part around my hair line is about 2 inches she could have gave me two French braids or cornrows going back. Or booked me for another time this week for a different style if it was going to take more time Also it’s a hassle to even book a appointment with her. In my opinion I was extremely disappointed with how she completely dismissed me. I booked knotless braids I figured she was going to smooth it with edge control anyway so it would have blended she told me it wouldn’t hold up.
