Yea I am sure this place is great. But they lost a potential client when I called twice inquiring about tattoo, and the lady that picked up the line was very disrespectful and disconnected the line as I was trying to speak to her. The lack of communication was astonishing. Very redundant to disconnect the line on a customer trying to figure out if they want to get tattooed there. Very disappointed, especially since the store has a rating higher than four stars.

Great atmosphere! I went in for a piercing and Dylan walked me through each step thoroughly before I signed paperwork. Large selection of jewelry was nice. I spent 30 minutes here at max. The employees are friendly and the parlor is very clean! If you want high quality service and friendly cosult.. This is the place to go! Prices are affordable and doable. If you’re on a super tight budget, saving those few extra dollars IS WORTH THE WAIT! Don’t forget to tip!
