Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismYou know, I had doubts about the place but I ignored them and wish I hadn’t. The place doesn’t feel necessarily glam but figured who cares. I waited 50 minutes. Again I was fine… but once the doctor came in he took down my mask and told me my skin (something I wasn’t there for) looks “awful”. That hit my confidence. Told me my skin has large pores and acne scars and we could schedule another visit to fix it.Additionally, having Botox units injected without discussion on price or amount to be used and then hit with the bill when you’re done blindly felt like a different hit. I’m hoping the Botox looks good, in a few weeks. It was more units than I’ve ever had and didn’t necessarily get placed where I wanted but oh well I guess.
