I’m doing a series of microneedling appointments to help with acne scaring. My first appointment went well and my skin felt thicker and more youthful. I went in with a Groupon to get an injectable and a physician assistant or possibly a nurse ( dark blu scrubs) did her best to talk me into getting surgery even after I said I did not want surgery . She really wanted to emphasize that surgery was my only option or I would have to spend much more money than the Groupon amount to achieve what I wanted . I felt she was trying to upsell me and didn’t mind trying to play on my self-esteem a bit to do so . She was so focused on doing that her customer service was very lacking. Hopefully, my picture is with the post. It was taken 3 months ago. I pretty much look the same but she tried to make me feel like surgery was my only option. She lied about how much of the injection she could give me.when I called her on the lie she really had no explanation just went back to upselling. an all-around bad experience felt li was at a fancier version of a used car sales lot. However they don’t normally numb you and don’t provide arnica cream packets or little gel ice packs for aftercare like other places do. There’s an aftercare cream you can buy but its 55$. The other place I go to gives the Arnica cream packet and gel ice pack as a free courtesy for aftercare and a paper detailing aftercare instructions. Pure Md did not offer any of that. I could tell the practitioner was highly experienced and knowledgeable about administering lip injections; the results were fantastic. However they don’t normally numb you and don’t provide arnica cream packets or little gel ice packs for aftercare like other places do. There’s an aftercare cream you can buy but its 55$. The other place I go to gives the Arnica cream packet and gel ice pack as a free courtesy for aftercare and a paper detailing aftercare instructions. Pure Md did not offer any of that. Otherwise everything was fine and like I said I really enjoy the results.

I was the Last appt of the day and Amber was the NP who saw me. She was AMAZING. She made me feel so comfortable and was so knowledgeable that I decided I would take her advise and skip the plastic surgery and go with what she recommended. Which by the way, was a small fraction of the price! She stayed late and completed everything that day. There was very little discomfort, no bruising, and there was at least a 75% improvement by the time I left the office. I can’t wait for the 2 week mark. I am extremely happy with the results and will never go to anyone else. The first time I met Carley for treatment, she was amazing! She explained what each treatment would do and how it should help and give me the results I have been looking for. I have been going to her for over a year and I won’t see anyone else. The other people she works with are fantastic! Amber does an outstanding job with the treatments Carly does not do and Rebecca is very helpful with scheduling your appointments! I have been to another facility, but I will only go to where Carly and Amber are! Check them out!!
