The guy thats there is so so rude, the first time I wanted a pedicure he was no you can just come you have to make an appointment so I left, and the second time I just made an appointment, they left me waiting and again talk really to me!! So he better fix his behavior somehow!!

Ken is talented, but rude. Dry, and abrupt with his responses. Refused to give me flowers I requested because he said it wouldn’t look good. Not his call, just give me the flowers.

the worst service! i came in to do a new set and they hesitated. they took off the polish thinking that i wanted the same set of nails but wanted to change colors. i yelled at them because i was really disappointed on how they treated me. they made me wait 45 minutes, just me sitting on the chair because one of their workers had to go on break. i came in at 1pm and left at 4:37pm it took THREE AND A HALF HOURS to get them done. Vy kept on filing on to my cuticles with the electric nail filer. i yelled at her many times because of how much it hurt. when she took off the polish from the last time i went, i told her to do a new set and she kept telling me that she doesn’t have time. like, what kind of a worker is that!!!??? don’t ever come to this place because they’re so rude. never will i return.

This is my new “go to” place! Found by accident but am willing to drive the hour trip one way. Mary did my pedi and Wendy did my gel mani. Could not have asked for better service and results. Professional, clean environment with friendly talented women like Mary and Wendy. Impressive on several levels.

I was not from California and was needing to find a place to wax my eyebrows as I forgot to before coming to California. I looked up nail salon that was near by to see of I can wax my eyebrows. I found this place first that was literally less than a mile away so I called to find out if they can wax eyebrow and how long the wait would be if i went on a Friday at 12pm. I’m hoping to hear they can get me in within 15 min for an eyebrow wax only. I call and thought I dialed the wrong number, i dont know who answer but all he said was “Hello” not “Thank you for calling Purely Polish etc…” I asked if this is Purely Polish he said yeah, i asked if they do eyebrow wax he said yeah. I asked how long would the wait be for just the wax he quoted AN HOUR! I said okay thank you and hung up. Me and my sister had the phone on speaker and she was shocked to hear an hour wait for just eyebrow wax! Didn’t even go in the place and the service over the phone was already NOT GOOD.
