Been coming to this place for years and love it so much! Needed my nails done and with someone in my house being immune compromised I wore a mask into get my nails done. They were kind enough without even asking to put masks on seeing mine. They kept right on going without missing a beat! Thank you to Stephan and everyone who made this a comfortable thing.

My sister recommended Pure Luxe in Ballantyne after I’ve struggled to find a place to do consistently well SNS. My first time, the owner Andy took care of me right away! Even with the salon being packed and him taking phone appointments he poured me some wine and still made the experience great! Went back and had Linda who was also excellent and very sweet. I’ve definitely found my go to spot!

Every nail technician is amazing! The prices fair and competitive. One of the main reasons I enjoy the salon so much is because when I go there, it is peaceful and I can relax. Other salons in the area are so loud and they technicians are talking to each other , almost screaming, and I can’t enjoy my me time. I would call for an appointment… They can usually get you in, even last minute. Definitely check it out!

I was there for the first time today. Really clean salon and covid prepared, they have a lot to offer as far as color, services and even have a menu for little girls mani/pedi. They where full and I did not have an appointment, but was able to do my pedicure only. My person was very friendly and skilled. She got both of my ingrown big toe nails out and it was such a well feeling after suffering for 3 weeks with it. I will definitely return. Thanks a lot.
