Got a gel manicure and pedicure here today. Pedicure was awesome as usual however gel manicure was mediocre..new girl very young did not speak English and did not do two steps of my manicure process, when I mentioned it at the counter I was ignored. I would just be very sure that you get what you’re paying for and that they complete all steps during your manicure and pedicure process if you go here.

This place lost my business today unfortunately. The nail tech was awesome and the quality of her work is not why I won’t return. Management or possibly owners pulled the tech before services were complete to begin servicing another customer. When I was protested because the replacement tech had serviced me during a previous visit and I was less than impressed with his work I was met with disrespect and hostility. He was very rude and certainly lacked basic customer service skills. Then to top it off I was over charged for the exact same service I had received on a previous day less than a month ago.

This place has gone downhill. This is the second time my dip color wasn’t even close to the color I picked. I showed the manager. He just said, “Ya, that happens sometimes.” What? Then why tell me to pick a color? Pedicure water was chilly at best. The girl doing my nails did had more skin than jeans on. She used her finger to wipe my nails so let’s see if they lift now. I spend too much money to leave dissatisfied. I won’t go back. Too many options within a close radius

They have such great service and to keep up with our changing world they have added Protective Barriers and taken precautionary measures to keep clients safe. All the workers are amazing. They do excellent neat work, and the price is worth it but also reasonable. I have been getting my nails done at Purelux for about 2 years and I’ve NEVER had a bad experience, all good times, fantastic nail work, their pedicures are AMAZING. Just did a dip powder last week and after 3 days, there is a space and bite between nails, came back to ask fix it but their rude manager said we can give you 5$ off of 80$!!! This is not professional at all. You never see something like this. Worst customer service and service!! Never ever pick a hat from this salon!!! All fingers like this on the pictures.. pulling all hair and there may be a fungus making under nail.. they have not offered a fix even..Terrible!!!! This is not professional at all. You never see something like this. Worst customer service and service!! Never ever pick a hat from this salon!!!
