Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have gone to this nail salon multiple times because i enjoy the environment and they always did a good job. I got a gel manicure and about two days later it all chipped off. Since the weekend was New Years weekend I called after and the lady who just answered the phone “Hi” (I had to ask if this was the nail salon) had some kind of vicious attitude. I told her bout my nail issue and she said if I called within three days they would have fixed it free of charge. I said oh no I would PAY for it. This money hungry lady flipped and tried to charge me 35 dollars for a whole new manicure. when i said I just wanted to re-do TWO NAILS she said it would be $35 still. When i said oh its okay i will go somewhere else to fix…this very unprofessional lady just HUNG UP THE PHONE. I would be so embarrassed to own this salon – with this poor value work and unprofessional team. The lady who answered the phone needs a customer service class or 5 at least.
