Alyssa was an amazing lash tech. She was patient and gentle. She worked diligently and always asked me if I needed breaks when I got antsy. She catered to all my needs and surpassed my expectations for my lashes. I got a classic set and they look absolutely stunning. I haven’t felt more comfortable with a lash tech before and she made sure my eyes weren’t burning every time I opened them which I’m so grateful for. I’ve been to the Amherst location and have always had a good time Experience with getting my eyebrows and Brazilian wax done but this time I wanted to try the eyelash extensions special and I was with a new tech and my Brazilian came out terrible there was a lot of hair still left on me and the lash extensions came out very crispy and fake looking and they looked so uneven but I thought maybe she is new that why there is a special but two days after my lashes started twisting and causing me eye pain and a lot of them had already fallen out they just looked so bad that I don’t think she knew what she was doing I had to go and get them removed . And because of this I won’t be coming back
