I have been going here for a year now and I love it. The place is so clean and the employees are extremely kind, friendly and professional. I always get my Brazilian wax with Gianna Salemi and she does an AMAZING JOB she is really quick and she talks to you the entire time to keep you distracted. I highly recommend getting your Brazilian with her. I also did my eyebrows with Ashley Peters and they came out perfect.

I got a Brazilian wax done for the first time and I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect but my experience here was very pleasant. The facility itself was very clean and of the staff were very nice. I was waxed by Lina and I could tell that she was very well experienced and she was very knowledgeable about the procedure. She answered all of the questions that I had and I will definitely book here again if I ever need to get a Brazilian again!

I called and scheduled an appointment to have my lashes done. They scheduled me with Elana. I spent $60 deposit during the time of scheduling after the service it was another $190 including $20 deposit for scheduling the next visit. I also left a hefty tip of $30 totaling $280.00. The very next morning I woke up brushed my lashes with the wand they gave me and the lashes fell off in clumps. I immediately called the salon and spoke to a receptionist he told me he would have the manager call me back. Never heard anything. The next day was Saturday, i call back asked to speak to a manager I was told by a female receptionist that she would grab the manager when she was done with her client. Finally the manager called me back I explained what happen and also told her I have had lashes done many times before and never had this happen. The normally last a very very long time. I also told her that when Elana waxed my eyebrows she put hot wax over my already previously waxed eyebrow to get more hair she missed the first time and it ripped my skin off I woke up with a big scab on my eyebrow. In my experience your never supposed to re apply the wax because it can and will rip off your skin. The manager told me she would speak to the owner regarding returning my money because this should have never happened. Elana never sanitized my lashes before the application so I’m guessing this is why they didn’t stay. Even during my application she said and I quoat “oh wow that came off easy” as she pulls lashes off herself! The manager Dana I believe her name is stated she would call me back by the end of the day Saturday or at the latest Monday morning to refund my money. She also asked me to send her photos of my lashes which I did. There was nothing left. I never heard back from anyone. I finally text the manager monday afternoon and asked what was going on. She stated she was out of the office until Wednesday and Elana was kn vacation and she wanted to speak to her to try to resolve this. That has nothing to do with my refund. Finally I get a call from the manager Pauluna, she was nothing but rude and told me she wouldn’t refund my money and that it wasn’t their fault. She offered me to come in and have them done again and she would refund my $20 deposit for the next appointment and give me a gift card for my wax. She is trying to force me to come and have them do my lashes again.. it took them a week to get back to me meanwhile I was walking around looking like an idiot, I went somewhere else and they look amazing and I have had no issues at all. I am a licensed cosmetologist of over 20 years I know what you should and shouldn’t do with these lashes and I would never ever so this to a client this is very unprofessional and I will be calling my lawyer after I finish this review. Unbelievable. I would recommend no one go their to get their lashes done and be careful with face waxing go to someone with a good reputation. Not saying their all bad but my experience was horrible. All I asked is for my money back and I tried to resolve this without putting up a bad review but the OWNER left me no choice. She was yelling at me saying that all she will do is have me come in and have the manager do my lashes again. And give me a gift card for my wax service. Unacceptable. All I want is my money back so I can be done with this salon. Instead I have to take them to small claims court this is unbelievable.

I usually go to Gianna. She’s great BUT the girl who works in the front with the glasses, dark hair (at the time) forgot her name but she was super rude to me when I came in last month. The manager or owner was out due to being sick so I told the girl who was being rude about her bad attitude, she shrugged her shoulders and said “okay” LOL. So I haven’t been back since. I don’t take disrespect lightly especially in a place of service.

I went here for a Brazilian wax and was beyond impressed with how nice the salon was. Everyone there was very nice and welcoming and followed Covid precautions. My Brazilian came out great. I was in and out in 15 mins
