Don’t bother! The salon manager is absolutely awful, not focused on customers service. After spending over $500, where the most expensive treatment wasn’t done correctly by the hairdresser, and this was confirmed at MI collage of beauty. Salon manager didn’t care at all. At most this is the worst Saloon shop I ever went to. The only reason I’m giving it two stars because the place was tooooo clean and they have the best tools, but unfortunately the staff or the woman who took care of me was not good at all. Even though not good at using the tools, as much as she tried to make her self nice but never tried to emphasize her techniques on me, I am not telling that I am a hard to speak with, but nothing she did was out of ordinary and I paid almost $200 for highlight, hair cut, and blowout. The irony is when I went to checkout the receptionist thought I was checking in, she asked me if I have a reservation or not and I told her I just finished!

Nadia has ben cutting and coloring my hair for several years and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. The cut is always precise and the color is exquisite. I have never stayed with a beutician this long; she is the best.

I enjoyed their half hour ($55) and full hour($75) facials! Slava does a great job everytime. The only thing i dislike is the fact that they dont have their services with pricing listed anywhere!!?? Like it’s 2016 let’s get on the technology bandwagon and put a page out there with all your services .

I had a pedicure. I did not think it was worth the money. Felt like she hushed and was not friendly . The room the use is outdated and they have hardly any nail colors to pick from. Overall did not enjoy myself .
