This salon is beautiful and very welcoming. I have been going here for several years and have never been disappointed. Carrie, the owner, is a lovely person and has built a great business. She has integrity and takes care of her clients. Everytime I go there everyone is so friendly. Clients always seem very happy. Any bad reviews can’t possibly be real. Don’t hesitate to go there…they are skilled professionals who will treat you right!

If I could do 0 stars I would. I went in for an appointment a few years ago and never been back since. The owner had an awful attitude when I showed up for my appointment and was very disrespectful. I showed up at the time we agreed on and she changed the time last minute and was very mean when I showed up at the original time we planned a week in advance. This made the experience very stressful opposite of relaxing. As a paying customer supporting small business I felt very attacked and not a place I’d ever want to encounter again. No one wants to be yelled at by the owner and disrespected unnecessarily. I came to relax and I was in tears instead.

I love Pure Zen! The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing and the staff is so friendly! I get my hair colored by the owner. She takes her time to pick out the best color for me. She even suggested getting my hair a little darker last time because she knew I was going on vacation to Florida and my color would fade in the sun! And she was right!! And I love the new pedicure chairs-relaxing massage while your feet are being pampered
