Excellent customer service! Swan is amazing. I walked in and she greeted me with excitement. She did my hard gel fill and shaped my nails nicely. She also gave me the most relaxing pedicure. Im so happy I found this place.

Overall a very good experience. I’ve never been to an Asian massage place before and didn’t know what to expect. I’ve been to massage envy but that’s about it. there were a couple of odd things i did not expect. she wiggled my arms and legs. i thought it was a little odd but not bad at all. they were very professional and thorough. she never asked me what areas bothered me but still seemed to know where to focus. i was a little worried that she wouldn’t be able to work my knots out but, despite her small stature she did. I still think i like massage envy better but for half the cost this place is probably where i will go for my next massage.

I will definitely be returning to Zen Spa. My masseuse (Jack) customized my massage at my request to deal with extremely tight neck and shoulders. Very clean and professional, and overall the experience can’t be beat for $25 for a full hour massage.
