A friend of mine referred me to Pure Vanity Salon with Paloma after years and money wasted at the salon I was going to. Paloma was friendly welcoming and confident in her abilities. Which made me very comfortable and excited to see the final product. I got blonding and bayalage done. It was a long day which I knew it would be and I was happy with how it turned out. Paloma welcomed me back 10 days later to correct the roots for me as they were lighter than I envisioned and she was professional and it turned out wonderful. I’m so happy to have found a new hair stylist that takes her time and does a great job each and every time. Thanks again Paloma for welcoming me and I look forward to our appts.

Booked an appointment in July to make sure I booked ahead of time. I wrote her to confirm appointment as I accidentally selected wrong selection and she confirmed it was okay. August comes and I see a post online about her having some problems, I’m definitely an understanding person so wrote her to confirm once again she will be able to keep date or if needed we could reschedule since I had an upcoming trip. She did not reply nor answered my message . So I figure it was still on schedule since I didn’t get a reply. My appointment date comes, I get notifications of appointment and show up, to my surprise she is not there so I reach out. She responded an hour later as I reached out and mentioned I thought it was unprofessional to not cancel ahead of time. Just made me reconsider to try and see other stylists who don’t overbook or over work to make sure clients are satisfied.

Joey has been cutting my hair for about 10 years now. Would not go anywhere else. The place is clean. Definitely call and make an appointment, if you just walk in you will most likely have to wait. They are friendly. I highly recommend you stop by.
