Services and the estheticians here are always great. The only reason for less stars is that if you become a member, you can’t use the money from your membership account towards any services that are packages. Only regular facials apply and usually nothing else really. It’s like having to spend monthly money to put in to your account, only to not be able to use it towards treatment. Please change this rule or losing memberships coming up.

I got a “precision dermaplaning facial” after work today with Madison. My skin feels soft and smooth. She focused on some red bumps I have been feeling very insecure about. She put some much needed hydration back into my skin. In the 2nd picture you’ll see all the peach fuzz and dead skin cells she removed from my face – ew. I have already booked my next appointment!

I’ve been here 2 times now. First time was nice, the gal was helpful and I didn’t feel like I was rushed… second time I had called weeks ahead of time to schedule an appt. With a lady who worked their, who I was referred to…. I scheduled an appt that wasn’t really great timing for my schedule but made it work so I could get in to see the lady I was referred to see. I got to my appt. 15 minutes early and they tell me she’s not there… she was there earlier though.. and someone else will help me. I’m not going to put names on here but I didn’t exactly feel like it was as long and time was taken like the first time….. I was disappointed from the get go…. For not seeing who I was referred to and secondly disappointed for not feeling like the time that should have been was taken.

Absolutely loved this experience! I had the acne extraction deep cleanse facial. The staff was super friendly & personable. The treatment was so relaxing I almost passed out! It left my facing feeling fresh & skin beautiful! All of my blackheads on my nose were gone! They used a special tool too so that it wouldn’t be harsh or painful extracting! I cannot wait to go back & do a microdermabrasion next!

In May of 2018, my daughter treated me to a facial at Pure Vanity for Mother’s Day. I had a wonderful experience. It was a very nice and relaxing facial. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I left with my skin glowing and soft to the touch. I enjoyed it so much that I became a perks member in August. Now I can treat myself to a facial every month.
