This spa is outstandingly the best one and one-of- a-kind in terms of service and experience. It’s owner, Fella, is very talented, compassionate and kind. She listens to your needs very patiently and gives the best service, and is very knowledgeable about skincare. Her massage was exceptional and the results are excellent for which I can’t thank her enough. She also has Rhonda Allison products available for purchase but is not at all pushy about it. She educates you about the products that best suits your needs and you can decide whether to buy or not. The place is very beautiful inside and outside, so serene and welcoming where you get a resort kind of feeling. Thank you so much for the beautiful experience ever, Fella. I have to say my experience at Pure Tranquility Salon and Spa with Fella was the best spa experience I ever had! I had the Turquish bath and the stress relief facial with massage. Fella truly pampers you. She really took the time to get to know my skin and tailored my facial to my needs. She really is your personal skin care therapist. It isn’t just that the services are amazing, but all the personal details Fella does to make you feel special, like her homemade treats and tea and lemonade. She truly makes you feel like a queen. Fella is a gem! Her salon is beautifully adorned and her service is unmatched. The space is gorgeous, quaint, and very comfortable. I had a hot stone treatment with massage. I highly recommend her services and can’t wait to return. She has wonderful products, all the way from Morocco, and they are fair priced! At the end, Turkish delights, tea, and homemade treats await. Fella is is warm, knowledgeable, but never pushes extra services. She gives her expert opinion, then follows your lead. The salon and spa has a very peaceful ambiance, there is water and bird sounds playing in the background which is very relaxing during a massage and facial. I had a customized skin treatment done a couple of days ago, and I can already see my skin is doing better. I definitely recommend, Fella does a great job and she truly cares about her clients!

Fella has been my go to hairstylist for about 8 years now and each time she never disappoints me. My hair is incredibly thick and curly and I trust her the most when it comes to cutting and styling my hair. Just went to her today again to cut and style my hair and left feeling incredibly happy with the results :)!! She’s super easy to talk to, her studio is always comforting and clean, and she truly knows exactly what she’s doing with each service she offers. I recommend her to all my friends looking for one of her services whether it’s a haircut or a facial or anything of the sort. Definitely worth more than just a 5/5 star rating :)!
