Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityBeen sitting in the parking lot for 1 hour waiting for the business to open. Mind you, this is my first experience with this business. Website says open, hours of operation posted on the door say open but it’s now 9:29 am and the business is still closed. The lady waiting in the car next to me (looking very upset) said “I don’t know how they stay in business, this happens all the time I need to cancel my membership”. Website says open, hours of operation posted on the door say open but it’s now 9:29 am and the business is still closed.
