Everything was great from the start. Very friendly, accommodating, and explained everything very well! I did 45 min sauna and 25min float due to time. I will do a longer float next time. Would definitely encourage anyone to try this out! Relaxing and some aches and pains I’ve had aren’t as flared up. Can’t wait to go back!

I ended up choosing the 45 minute sauna session followed by a 25 minute float.
