So I’ve been to many spas in South Florida and this one is among my least liked. First off, the room I got was not overlooking the ocean as so many people have posted on their reviews. While my massage itself was good, the massage bed was cold, I asked my masseuse if she could make the bed warmer and she pressed the button and said “let’s see if works” …. the bed warmer did not work so I was cold for most of the massage. Also besides the small relaxation room and the outside patio, this spa has NO OTHER AMENITIES. No jacuzzi’s, pools, or sauna. I did see a couple go into the sauna room but when I asked the girl at the front desk, she said there were no other amenities. I also found it odd that I had to pay for parking at the hotel. All the other spas would validate my parking if I valeted at the hotel. All in all, this experience was VERY lack luster. It’s not really a full spa experience, nothing at all special about it, and quite frankly not worth the money . Two out five stars was being generous.

This may be the Spa with the greatest view! Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, so gorgeous! I had a chance to stop by this Spa for a facial recently and it was everything I could ever want in a facial. My skin felt exfoliated, clean, and soft. The facialist addressed my problem areas and gave me great tips on how to better my skin. The entire process was smooth and everyone was so nice. They took my temperature and everything was immaculate. The location of this spa is worth it alone! I will definitely be back for another facial when I’m due!

Spent a great time with my loved one. Good staff , massage and bath. Did not like additional $115 for service at the end which was NOT included at the beginning, did not expect that charge. Great experience.

Booked the “mindful pedicure” with gel application (120$). To my surprise it did not come with callus removal-the sole of the foot does not get touched. I thought that is always included in a pedicure but apparently not.

My wife got me a full body massage at this Spa. “Susan” the therapist was just absolutely amazing and really professional. I went in there with back pain and a lot of stress, walk out feeling like a new person. Will come back soon. Thanks Susan.

I spent $438 on a pure day spa package just to inch for three+ days now. I drank plenty of water which was the only thing that I was instructed to do after finishing the treatment. When I called and asked them if there had ever been an issue b4 and to ask abour what they would recommend to do. They had said they never had any issues unless it was an allergic reaction and to check with my demonologist or doctor. So long story short, a trip to the spa costs me three days(so far) of miserable inching AND a trip to the doctors office…

I cannot speak on the services they offer because we ended up canceling our facial because it was getting late and my husband wanted to get as much time on the beach as he could. But I can say it was such a beautiful view from the top of the hotel the suite where the do massages was to die for, smelled amazing and I live in Fort Lauderdale anyway so definitely would go back for a massage or something. They have a romantic couples bathing ritual too that sounds nice.
