Mackenzie Simpson colored and cut my hair last week. Best haircut I have had in years. The color was perfect and the cut and color took ten years off me. I absolutely love my hair! I LOVE this place! The pedicure experience alone is worth it. You’re in a private room, dim lighting, zero gravity chair, eye mask, warm blankie and barely there pedicurist. I always fall asleep. I recommend the facial as well. It was well worth it. My massage experience has been the most variable. You have to find the right person. Telling the person who cooks your appointment what you want helps them recommend someone. Sometimes, they don’t get there early enough to warm the massage table ahead of time and I get chilled. Booking your next appointment when you pay is a good way to save money because you get a discount. You can also save by booking a number of sessions at once. I’ve been to a number of spa places in the area and this one outshines them all.

Excellent massage place. Pure Spa on Electric Rd is possibly the best massage I’ve ever had. Much better than Pure Massage inside Tanglewood nearby. Came in, was immediately greeted (they also smiled which is a +) and after they took my information they were able to get to me in a very short time.. I think 5 minutes. The smiles never left their faces and they treated me wonderfully. They also gave some great advice on giving myself a foot massage at home and other great advice. I saw the staff giving other customers advice too. They are really willing to help you, and care about your needs and what you want out of your massages. I will be a repeat customer at Pure Spa.

I have been going to Pure Spa as long as they have been in business. The pedicures never disappoint and massages have generally been relaxing. However, within the past year, their services and attention to detail have diminished and the customer service is non existant. I am now looking for a new Spa in Roanoke as I am very dissatisfied with the overall management of the facility.

This is the Pure Spa beside Statefarm on Electric Rd. Very good service and very good massage. I had a massage and my wife also had a massage. We were so pleased. The staff offered coupons to us for our next visit and even offered advice on giving a massage at home to my wife. Loved it. Much better than other area spas and massage places.

I have had massages, facials, pedicures, eye brow waxing and I purchase my Jane Iredale makeup from this spa, and it is nothing short of amazing! I firmly believe in taking care of your body and skin and it will be well taken care of here! The massage and facials were relaxing and I felt rejuvenated after these treatments. The pedicure is definitely an experience, as I have never gotten to sit in a zero gravity chair. Loved it, and I loved getting pampered! By far the nicest my nails have looked after a salon service in Roanoke! When I need makeup Tayler and Capi are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and find products that I need and will enhance my skin. Love the customer service, love the services, and this is definitely my go-to spa in Roanoke!
