Pure Spa is so wonderful! I’ve had both massages and facials there and have been satisfied every time. Amanda is so talented with facials and made me feel completely at ease. I told her that I was working toward hitting my skin goals for my wedding next year and she laid out a plan to get me there, as well as recommending products for me to use at home. Tammy gives a wonderful massage and is very intuitive and empathetic. She adjusted her massage to target some areas that I carry a lot of stress in and I walked out feeling like jello (in a good way)!

I’ve been to this spa many times in the past and no issues. I booked an appointment for my birthday, they took my credit card number to book the appointment. I showed up and was told they have no appointment booked for me. Only offer was for later appointment in the day which I had already had the rest of my day planned. Beware when booking and make sure you confirm on your own or, like me, you’ll drive 30 mins only to be told you have no appointment that you booked weeks ago.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMimi and her staff at Pure Spa were phenomenal. My boyfriend and I were going to be in town for a wedding and were hoping to treat ourselves to a spa day, we sadly decided this the day before and were turned down by many other places due to lack of notice. Not Pure Spa! Mimi went above and beyond and brought in extra staff to accommodate us. My masseuse was Denise; she was professional and a very knowledgeable therapist. She respected if you preferred a silent massage but was also ready to have amazing conversation as well. My boyfriend and I were going to be in town for a wedding and were hoping to treat ourselves to a spa day, we sadly decided this the day before and were turned down by many other places due to lack of notice. Went to this spa after having months of back pain/sciatica which even PT wasn’t helping. I have a history of a ruptured disc and the worry was I might be having disc issues again and the next step was being evaluated for nerve compression. I decided to try a massage to see if that would help some of that tightness and muscle spasm. Denise zeroed in pretty quickly on multiple muscles that were tight and “knotty”. 90 minutes later, I walked out literally pain free. Stopped Pt and now keep to a regular schedule of “fusion” massages, which is Swedish to deep tissue depending on need. I look forward to them and LOVE it! The spa itself is beautifully done, tranquil, immaculate. Wonderful find!!!

My sister’s and cousin went to Pure for Mother’s Day. We all got the Fusion 60 minute massage, which is basically a little bit of everything. It was a great idea on the owners part to come up with this and great for someone who isn’t sure what they actually want. It was absolutely amazing. Everyone there that day were very attentive and accommodating. The ladies made us feel very welcomed, we had pleasant conversations, we weren’t just pushed into a quiet room and left. My massage therapist actually read my paper work and really worked on my problem areas without having to go in and answer the same questions again. After my massage the therapist told me that I was right and my problem areas were tense. She even recommended some stretching excises that would help. I will return to Pure and recommend them to anyone looking for a true spa experience.

I decided to treat myself to a Deep Tissue Massage with Tammy. Honestly, it was the BEST massage I have ever had. As I am recovering from a long distance walking event, this was just what ‘the doctor ordered.’ She was intuitive, calming and gave me exactly what my mind and body needed. Not only did Tammy do a wonderful job massaging, she also did stretching and added on 20 + min. of energy work & followed up with a conversation of our discoveries.

my husband gifted me a certificate for this spa and I am so glad he chose this location! Denise was my massuse and Amanda my esthetician, and I truly felt so well cared for! I had sat on my certificate too long and actually was 35 weeks pregnant when I made my appointment — it was perfect timing! Both Denise and Amanda were expectional in the care they provided while also making me feel like I had known them both ages before. Their personalities and positive attitudes were another refreshing addition to my spa day. I’ll definitely return to Pure Spa because of this!
