Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityInitially, I met Charla over the phone to discuss my needs with laser hair removal. She was very courteous and considerate as I was still trying to understand all that the spa had to offer. Once the consultation was completed, we started to schedule appointments every 6 weeks. She noted that I would need at least 6-8 appointments in order to move to maintenance. Then we could discuss scheduling as a need by need basis.Charla especially helped me at the first appointment by noting where I would need to park and what building and entrance I would need to use. She gave me clear instructions of prep before my appointment as well.I was nervous at the first appointment, but Charla really helps walk you through the steps and gets you as prepared as possible. There was some general discomfort as the laser was used, but Charla assured that was the worst of it. Like she said, it feels like a rubber band hitting your skin – which is a fair assessment.After the appointment, Charla communicated to watch the area and to let her know if any possible problems might arise. Additionally, she took card as payment and noted that if I bought more sessions together there was a slight discount.Overall, I will continue to go to Charla for hair removal as she is a true professional.
