My experience at Pure Serenity was nothing but joyful. The front desk gals & their positive attitudes made me feel welcomed & nurtured. I was nervous to do the epsom salt float tank, but it was quite the treat! The spa space that it was in (for the float session) was nice and warm, with a heater brewing. First, I rinsed off in a large standing shower and then climbed into an enormous float tank that has an optional dim, relaxing light. I was impressed with the size and the height of the float tank, as it did not make me feel claustrophobic at all! I wasn’t big on the lights turned off while floating, but the light button was near my head and easily accessible to click back on. I was so thrilled to be in there at this point that it took me almost half the session just to relax. Once I did, I could have stayed in there for easily another hour, warm and buoyant. My mind was in a meditative state by the end of the session. I was so impressed with this spa that I would love to come back and have other treatments and trip around the enormous gift shop in the front lobby. Thank you for the nice experience. Five stars

This place was so amazing!!! We had a bachelorette spa day here and they were so accommodating. They closed down the shop for us so we could have the whole place to ourselves. They gave us champagne, snacks, and a private room to relax in between sessions. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

Critical: CommunicationWorst communication ever. The front office staff, actually just Crystal, called me and said she was going to cancel my appointment in a couple of days if I didn’t pay for it in advance. I had been there twice before, and no one mentioned having to pay ahead of time. I told her I would pay for my next visit when I came for my appointment on Tuesday. She agreed. She then emailed me on Tuesday, saying she was invoicing me for missing my Monday appointment, and she cancelled all of my future appointments. I have tried numerous times to talk to someone else as Crystal has been unprofessional and discourteous, but to no avail. Reading the reviews, sounds like others have had this same interaction. I wonder if the owner knows her office manager is running off clients?Worst communication ever. was given gift certificate for xmas but have not been able to make appt. should not be allowed to issue certificate if unable to honor in timely manner. Unable to speak to anyone, always get message machine. was told in Jan unable to make appt for March until Feb,, checked Feb 2nd nothing available in March. Not happy with your company and you do not give refunds. As far as I am concerned bad business practice.

This was my first time doing to pure serenity. I had a 90 minute float followed by a 30 minute massage. It was AMAZING! I honestly have never been that relaxed in my life. Plus all of the staff were super nice and accommodating. I truly recommend this place to anyone!

Ive had many massages at Pure Serenity and they’ve all been great. Yesterday I saw Marla and she did an amazing job on my neck. My headache is so much better today. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Wow. Just wow. The staff here is unbelievably skilled at what they do…And they are nice to boot! very helpful and friendly visit. Came in for a basic massage but it was everything but basic! I havn’t felt this limber in years! It’s a must if you’re looking for something relaxing to do on a day off or if you’re just passing through. 5 star+!!
