I had my hair highlighted and the first experience the appointment went late into the night, the staff could not figure out how to use the register, I never received a receipt that they told me they would email, but I was very happy with the hair color and cut so I assumed it was a rough day for the Salon and things would be better the next time so I returned 2 1/2 months later for touch up. The return was a mistake! It was a late appointment and I was the only customer we’ll into the evening again. The stylist was chatting with a co worker most of my appointment as if I was not there. She was rough pulling on my hair constantly even when I continually told her it hurt. The cashiers wanted to charge me out for the visit while I still had foils in my hair. I believe the stylish may have left the foils in to long as she rushed me to the sink and pulled on my hair again trying to get the foils out quickly. She used some kind of dark rinse and failed to wash it out of my face on eyes. I told her my eyes were irritated and she said they were fine. It was dark outside and inside the salon so I could not see that she had left color on my skin and in my eyes. I did tell her my root area looked very dark and she said it was the lighting. She and the cashier rushed me out of the Salon. I drove home feeling irritated with my skin feeling itchy and hot. I live 15 minutes from the Salon, when I got home I realized all the color stain on my skin and near my eyes I called the Salon and the answering system. I left a message and received no call backq. I tried again to call several times over the following days and always the voicemail. My hair color looked awful but I was fearful to let them touch my hair again. I never did receive and receipts for either visit which both exceeded $260. I felt devalued and treated horribly. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I feel I need to make people away of what I went through.

I’d never gotten a manicure before, but was required to get one prior to a commercial photo shoot. I chose Pure Salon because I saw they did things more naturally, and I tend to react to chemicals, so I hit them up.

I talked to the owner prior to making an appointment to have highlights done to my hair. I was informed it would cost $125. This is pretty typical cost for highlights.

I love this high end salon. It’s very classy and elegant. They offer only the Best natural hair and skin products by Aveda. The staff is very professional. And it’s a very relaxing and beautiful environment. It’s very open and a beautiful beautiful view of tubs hill and the park.

Awesome nail salon! I have taken my five year old daughter a couple times so far and she’s had an absolute blast! The service was amazing and the nail art is great too. The salon is very clean and the interior design is fresh and cool. They also use all natural products so I wasn’t worried about exposing my daughter to harsh chemicals. All in all a great experience! Highly recommended! My daughter and I will be regulars!

I REALLY enjoyed my pedi yesterday! Rochelle Farley was VERY informative, professional & sweet! She kept asking if I liked each stage of the process, which I appreciated! I felt like that was a great personal touch! Due to the fact that I received a gel pedi, it may be awhile before I need another one, but I will DEFINITELY pick GLOSS & Rochelle Farley for that service!

Great place! The Aveda oils mixed into the foot scrub and lotions are so relaxing and soothing to my senses. The mani-pedi I purchased was through Groupon and was a good deal. The atmosphere and decor are modern & hip feel, very cute nail salon. I will definitely return here.

The ambiance and atmosphere is so calming And Malain is the best esthetician out there! She is very knowledgeable of the products she uses, she has a great way of keeping you centered while she is working on your skin. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. I have never had that happen before during a facial. Also her hand massage and scalp massage is out of this world… and that is coming from someone who used to be a massage therapist! The salon is also really good about keeping up on their cleaning and having everyone wear masks during these hard times we are currently living through. I highly recommend going to Pure for any of their services that they offer, especially Malain for a facial! Thank you so much Pure and Thank you Malain you are amazing!!!I feel 21 again!
