I am so glad I decided to try Pure salon and found Jayme Sager, the owner. She is hands down the best stylist I have come across in the Syracuse area, I also had the best experience and Jayme just knew everything my hair had recently been through without me even telling her and it was as if she had known me for years! I was so impressed and I had the biggest smile on my face after I left the salon, Jayme nailed it! I can’t express enough how awesome she is, so happy I found her!

Pure Salon is AMAZING. I cannot say enough good things about this salon. My hair was an absolute mess from getting hair extensions that were put in incorrectly. Unfortunately, my hair ripped out and I acquired sores from only two weeks of having these extensions in my head. Jayme Sager, the owner of Pure Hair Salon, is the most professional, caring, and amazing person. She took me as a client to help me and she did. During the whole process of fixing my hair she was so friendly and positive, I knew I was in good hands. I can’t express how grateful I am that I met Jayme. I was searching for a place in upstate that would be able to do what I thought wasnt that difficult. Over the years I’ve been told that my hair pulls brassy when highlighted. Some have told me this can be fixed but few have been able to get it spot on. (I’m a guy and usually get some natural two toned highlights and a hair cut that’s texturized throughout) I saw Natasha on my 1st visit to Pure and she tried her best. After going home and seeing it in different light I wasn’t 100% happy. I believe communication is the best cure. I phoned her and she had me come in the next day. She was beyond pleasant about it (as I never blamed her and knew it was going to take her a bit to get to know my hair). She went above and beyond and after another application of toner it was a perfect outcome. This resulted in me coming back a second time for a haircut which turned out perfect! Natasha went above and beyond and that is exactly what any business or person should do in the situation. Pure is the only place that I didn’t find to be stuffy as well in Syracuse. I’ll be coming back for many more visits and hope they stay where they are above the game! I finally found someone who knows what I want and is Abel to do whatever they have to do to achieve the perfect outcome! I’d recommend Natasha and Pure to anyone I know. Thx so much! ♂️
