My wife had an appointment scheduled for 6pm confirmed by one of the two gentlemen working on Saturday July 30, 2022. She (My wife) then receives a phone call from the same gentleman saying, “if she can come in at 5:15pm, my wife then confirmed. She then receives another phone call from the said gentlemen to come in at 12:00pm, once again accommodating the business, she confirms and we drive to the nail place arriving at 12:01pm. She gets then gets told that there was no appointment for her and that she had to wait a whole hour for an appointment that had already been confirmed for, at 12:00pm. On top of all this my wife is pregnant, and they didn’t even offer her a seat. The only offer was to come back at 1:00pm. The audacity for the gentlemen to act so pompous about doing a job is the real problem. Maybe they accidentally overbooked, but to not even be apologetic about it and act like it was her mistake not the businesses is completely disrespectful. What happened to treating customers with respect? she could’ve been a new client that could have easily frequented this place but due to the disrespect and lack of customer service we will absolutely take our business else where. I entered the place of business to ask what was going on because it felt like he was jerking my wife around, The pompous gentlemen did not seem apologetic but maintained that the business was not in the wrong because we did not have a name of the gentlemen who confirmed the appointment over the phone, which is absolutely ridiculous when my wife’s appointment was written down. He then continued to act arrogant like this was the best nail business in town instead of understanding our frustration. Truly I am embarrassed by the whole thing and disgusted on how my pregnant wife was treated at this place of business.

I really Wanted to love it here. The environment is great. I don’t mind paying a little bit more than other salons in town. However twice in a row now I’ve lost 3 of my gel nails within a week of getting them done.

Nikki truly does amazing work. I’m always very happy with how my nails come out, it’s very clean and professional there. The employees are very hospitable and make you feel welcome, all around great experience for me. Also the pedicures are very good too!

I’ve only been here twice, but I really love it. It’s clean, beautiful, bright, open, and has great accents… Just look at these chandeliers they have great polish options, so many pedicure chairs, and awesome nail stations. They store their lotion for pedicures in the towel steamer, and it’s a game changer

He’s exactly what you want in some one who does your nails. Time efficient and A+ quality. Today I wanted something fresh and neutral and left loving this look. Thank you Allen! You never disappoint! The Shoppe is always clean and the first thing you do is wash your hands! Nikki always greets you with a smile in the first chair, and love to see Chanda for my pedicures! It’s the only place I go for my nails. Highly recommend, and I’m hard to please.
