I feel so relaxed during the entire pedicure. My toenail fungus is also doing well as we try to achieve new growth. Bree does excellent work and makes me feel so comfortable with foot and leg massages too.

I would never recommend this place after the horrible experience that I had. I went to check in. There were 2 receptionists sitting quietly behind the counter. I said that I had a pedicure at 2 p.m. The one receptionist said something very quickly and since I am hearing impaired, I caught none of it. I said, I am sorry but I didn’t understand a single word that you just said. She started laughing wildly, got up and went in the back. Very unprofessional. They offered to refund my $$ but as of September 6, I have received nothing. In addition, evidently they have blocked my text messages.

Parking is horrible. The spaces are designed for mini cars. There are stairs including climbing two stairs to the pedicure chair. The pedicure was good but nothing that I would drive from Poulsbo for on a regular basis. It was described as a “medical” pedicure but nothing was different. Don’t expect a reminder call the day before bur I did get a text message asking for a rating.

Positive: ProfessionalismI am currently 6 1/2 months pregnant and have been wanting to get my toes done. With the pandemic I haven’t felt comfortable going anywhere till I found this place. Everything is done sterility and is single use. They are the only medical pedicure spa in this area. The nail tech was awesome and super sweet. Her name was Brianna I believe. I am currently 6 1/2 months pregnant and have been wanting to get my toes done. With the pandemic I haven’t felt comfortable going anywhere till I found this place. Everything is done sterility and is single use. They are the only medical pedicure spa in this area. The nail tech was awesome and super sweet. Her name was Brianna I believe. Will come here again!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ve gotten tired of having pedicures that end in some kind of nail fungus and have been disappointed in the lack of medi-pedicures in the PNW. I was pleased to see this place pop up on my search. I was a little anxious about going into a doctor’s office for a pedicure – I did one in Houston that was super clinical and off-putting – but figured it was at least worth a try. I was floored at how serene the whole office space is set up – a cozy fire and elegant art on the walls, a professional, friendly staff, and a spa to out-do most pedicure joints in the PNW. I LOVE the sparkle in the foot basins (seriously – they are black with glitter!!!!).Bri was my nail tech and has the most amazing, tender touch while still getting to the callouses and a firm, relaxing massage. The products are high quality and smell so good (I highly recommend the peppermint, FYI). I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent color choices as well – some I’ve not seen anywhere else. I went with the aromatherapy option and a deep forest green nail color – all in all, the pedicure took about 45 minutes. Bri impressed me by putting my sandals on BEFORE painting my toes and then let me sit and enjoy the massage chair (!) while my toes dried before escorting me out and wishing me a good evening. I’ve gotten tired of having pedicures that end in some kind of nail fungus and have been disappointed in the lack of medi-pedicures in the PNW. I was pleased to see this place pop up on my search.
