Update: I previously gave a low rating because I was dissatisfied about the service. However, Vannie is an absolute gem! She called me to fix my nails for free. I am beyond impressed by her professionalism and accountability. She spent considerable time fixing my nails and even helped me pick out colors. I appreciate that this business values customer service and will make amends to rectify their mistake. I will be coming back again to see Vannie!

I just got my nails done and Vannie did amazing, she was efficient and fun and she’s super talented. I have gotten my nails done at other places in the area but they are by far the best. The facility itself is very clean, stylish, and well organized. It was a comfortable environment. My nail tech was Vannie and she was very nice to talk to and she was quick and efficient. My step daughter also got her nails done and she was also happy with her nail tech and finished product.

i had the worst time of my life here. overpriced and constantly highering price, with nails that come off within the first three days. i called about an hour or so before close, asking if they have the availability and time to take me, if not i understood. she said yes ofcourse and had me come in. when i went in, the lady was complaining about having to come back and how close it was to closing. i let it slip, because i felt like an inconvenience. she then started to give me different prices for a full set that went all the way up to 100, even though i get the same set for 45-55 max at other places! i went with it, even though the lady told me it would be 70-75 for a mani pedi. their full sets donot cover manicures, or even color. that’s extra. she was in such a hurry that even when i AGREED to pay 10 extra dollars for cuticle cleanup she barely cleaned them. my nails are mostly off and horrible looking. i got them done last sunday. i have never been so unsatisfied in my life, never less wrote a review like this. save your money and go to a place that cares , and that has good service.
