Angela is absolutely the best. I had a wonderful gel manicure, I asked for my square nails to be shaped into kitten claws with a metallic wine shade. She made them perfect! She was a joy, paid attention to detail, made sure I was happy with the shape and the massage was gratefully appreciated. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWell 2020 sucked, and I found myself really needing to escape on Christmas day. To my surprise – Pure Nails was open and had availability. I was so happy; getting my nails done was just what I needed. The salon was decorated really cute for Christmas, and Trang was my nail artist. She was super nice and really paid attention to detail and did a great job on my mani and pedi. (Everything was really clean and wiped down immediately after use too.) Well 2020 sucked, and I found myself really needing to escape on Christmas day. To my surprise – Pure Nails was open and had availability. I was so happy; getting my nails done was just what I needed. The salon was decorated really cute for Christmas, and Trang was my nail artist. She was super nice and really paid attention to detail and did a great job on my mani and pedi. (Everything was really clean and wiped down immediately after use too.) I am so upset right now. They confirm I have an appointment at 10:30 pm and on the day on my appointment, they said I wasn’t on the list and that the eyelash technician is gone for the day. I don’t recommend this salon. They don’t commit with their appointments!!!!
