I went to get my nails done with my mother, the woman who did my mom kept getting annoyed telling her to “relax” and my mom told her she was and telling her to take her hand out of the dryer before it was done and trying to rush her when the timer wasn’t finishing at all..the older woman who did my nails I asked her to do a design with just a bow on it or something for baby girls since I found out I’m pregnant with my little girl, she said no too hard and then the design she did wasn’t what I asked for..she also kept squeezing my fingers hard and moving them aggressively. We got them done and I got a gel manicure, within about 4 days the rhinestones she put on my nails had already come off and the paint was chipping, I called the store to ask how long a gel manicure should last and the woman told me 2 weeks, I told her it hadn’t even been 4 days and my nails were already messed up. When I came back to have them redo my nails a couple days later, the woman redid my nails and clumped the nail polish on making it raised and really tacky looking, there was a bubble almost in the polish on my right thumb and dirt and such was getting underneath the first manicure job and the redo so I peeled the bubble off…overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience, they weren’t really welcoming or polite and even tried to tell us not to go to a nail shop in the mall which is where we normally go and they do a significantly better job. I paid $40 and I tipped being polite..my fiancé was extremely displeased he gave me money to have my nails done and then not be done properly. Don’t plan to go here again.

This is the second set that I have gotten done at pure nails. I am beyond satisfied with the color and length of my nails song did a great job on the shape and they are not too thick or thin they look so much better in person and I will definitely be back!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityAbsolutely ruined my natural nails! Nail Dremel happy. Went in for a gel manicure and she literally destroyed my own nails taking off the old gel polish. Instead of soaking them she went to town with the nail dremel. I repeatedly told her it hurt and she kept saying “it’s ok yes?” No it wasn’t and I ended up having to walk out without her finishing because it hurt so bad. My nails are so thin now with the pink completely visible through my nails…my nails are basically transparent and bend with everything I do. They are now tender to the touch. I’m so disappointed in my nail job. I started out asking for Orange and black tips. However, the woman that did my nails didn’t even know what colors to pick so she kept tell me I needed to go find them. I have no idea, I don’t work there I don’t know what powders do what. Seeing how it was going to go, I changed which nail art I wanted. I asked her several times if she was capable of doing it just like the picture shows. She assured me that she did know what she was doing. However she did not, she had to wipe my nails off several times and she didn’t even do it in the order that the picture was showing. To top it off it looks nothing like the picture. I asked for short skinny Square, not coffin. She chopped my nails on the sides and some of them are showing and some of them are so uneven and don’t cover my actual nail. It is an absolute wreck. I wasn’t going to write a review because the woman was so nice, I feel a little bad. However I paid $60 for this and I am so disappointed. This is ridiculous, it’s nothing like the picture. My husband was livid at the price and work. She didn’t clean up my nails after, gel was everywhere and glue. No lotion… nothing. I had to do the cleanup at home. If I paid half the price maybe I wouldn’t be too upset, but $60 for this and it’s not what I asked for!

I’ll always leave the salon extremely happy with how my nails look and feel. I go to Nancy the owner she’s extremely talented and always very nice. All of the nail techs are very good. I totally enjoy coming to this nail salon it’s always very neat and clean.
